Hotel

Book your hotel by December 20, 2024 to receive discounted rates. Hotel rooms should only be booked directly though the hotel website or over the phone at 608-784-6680. Ask for the WSTA Broadband Forum room block. Note as of Dec 20th: The hotel is having issues with the link. If if is not working please call. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before 1/2/25 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee
• Cancellations after 1/2/25, before 1/7 receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations on or after 1/7 forfeit the entire registration fee
