  WSTA is continuing our successful partnership with Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and the Minnesota Telecom Alliance (MTA) in offering our eighth ONLINE WSTA & MTA Leadership Academy.

  The response from Leadership Academy participants has been extremely encouraging. Past participants in the online training speak highly of the facilitator, program content, and lessons they can apply immediately in their workplace.

  The online training is customized for the needs of our industry and provided by a professional facilitator, Dennis Cooley. The Leadership Academy program is divided into three modules; Grow the Person, Develop the Leader, and Build the Team. This formula has been delivered more than 40 times, within a number of industries, and has proven effective at work, at home and in the community every time.
