Exhibitor Registration
The Exhibition Map and Table Assignments are coming soon. Exhibitors that register prior to the map being available will be contacted by our events team in order of registration for selection once available!
Registered exhibitors should also register additional attendees using this form.
- Members must log in to receive rates.
- Early Bird registration ends December 20th.
- Registration is due by January 2, 2025 to secure a table.
- Includes 1 registration, an 8 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs.
- All persons tending an exhibitor booth must be registered.
- Prices listed are for the first 4 registrants of your company. A $50 discount for additional registrants from your company will be applied to unpaid invoices.
Hotel
Book your hotel by December 19, 2024 to receive discounted rates. Hotel rooms should only be booked directly though the hotel website or over the phone at 608-784-6680. Ask for the WSTA Broadband Forum room block.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before 1/2/25 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee
- Cancellations after 1/1/25, before 1/7 receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations on or after 1/7 forfeit the entire registration fee
