    **Members must log in to receive rates. 


    • On-site registration will be available for additional exhibitor attendants with a 15% onsite registration fee added. We will not be accepting on-site exhibit booth registrations.


    Additional Information

    • Exhibitor booth choice is first come, first served. Please list your choices in order of preference in your registration.

    • NOTE: We ask that vendors schedule their meetings after the conclusion of the evening receptions.


    Exhibitor Kit Information:

    • Kit includes information on additional booth options, shipping, timeline for unloading, and maps for unloading.
    • Please read through the Exhibitor Kit carefully. 
    • NEW MAP! We are SOLD OUT of booths. You will be added to our waitlist.





    Sponsorship Registration ends September 25th!


    Conference Sponsorships 

    • When you register for your sponsorship, select your top 3 choices of branding opportunities from the prospectus. You will receive an email from our events team confirming your sponsorship choices.
    • You will receive an email with your complimentary registration code. Please do NOT register complimentary attendees until you have received the code.
    • If you choose to sign up as a sponsor as of 9/1/26, you will receive the full credit amount to spend on sponsored items since we are sold out of booths. For Platinum sponsorship, this is $5,000 in credit; for Gold, $3,000 in credit; for Silver, $1,500 in credit; for Bronze, $1,000 in credit.



    Hotel

    • The special rate at the Raddison has been extended! Book here by September 18 to receive the rate. 


    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations received on or before September 28, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee.
    • Cancellations received September 29–October 2, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations received on or after October 3, 2026 are non-refundable, and the full registration fee will be forfeited.
