  Refunds for cancellations before January 13, 2025 will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations between January 13, 2025 and January 20, 2025 receive 50% of the registration. No refunds for cancellations after January 20, 2025. An additional 15% fee is added for onsite registration.

  By attending the 2025 WSTA Government Relations Seminar you will hear legislators from the State Senate and State Assembly share their views on the current political environment and thoughts on the legislative session. It will also be an opportunity for you to visit with and provide information to your legislators in their Capitol offices.

  • The registration rate for the Government Relations Seminar is $125 per person.

  Accommodations

  • A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace March 18th - March 20th at a rate of $169 per night. 
  • You can make your reservation ONLINE HERE or by calling 608-255-5100 and referencing WSTA GRS.  
  • The reservation cut-off is February 16th.

  Cancellation Policy

  • If a registrant cancels after March 14th, they will forfeit 50% of the registration fee.
  • If a registrant cancels after March 17th, they forfeit the entire registration fee.
  • No-shows will forfeit the entire registration fee.
