Hotel

  • Our hotel block is now closed. Rooms are still available at the regular rate at the Madison Marriott West. 

Refunds/Cancellations

  • Cancellations before 9/30 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee
  • Cancellations after 9/30, before 10/4 receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations on or after 10/4 forfeit the entire registration fee
