Attendee Registration

An attendee list containing name and company will be provided to registered guests only, both the week prior to the show and the week following. Please be aware of popular email scams offering to sell you an attendee list. WSTA would never solicit payment for this information, nor would WSTA provide this information to any 3rd party. You may select whether or not to be included on our list during registration.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be received in writing to events@wsta.info. 
• Attendee Cancellations:
• • Before 4/1/25 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee.
  • On or after 4/2/25, but before 5/5/25 receive a 50% refund.
  • On or after 5/5/25 forfeit the entire registration fee.

Tuesday Activities
Sign up for an optional Tuesday activity during your registration.
Provided: Lunch, beverages, and a WSTA-branded Cutter & Buck vest.​
Registration for these optional activities extended to April 8th, or until space runs out (whichever happens first).

• Charter Boat Fishing on Lake Michigan ($240) - SOLD OUT - Please reach out to events@wsta.info to be added to the waitlist. 
• Golf Scramble on Brute Course ($240) 
• Yerkes Observatory and Lake Geneva Lunch ($240) The boat cruise will return in 2026!

Self-Organized Activities

Self-organized activities are free for all to join.
Please let us know if you're interested in participating during registration.

• Book your hotel by April 18th to receive discounted rates. These rates are valid until this date, or until the room block fills (whichever comes first).
