*The pricing above reflects the booth cost and one conference registration. Additional exhibitor booth attendants can be added to this registration as guests at the regular attendee rate. Each individual must be registered to attend the conference. 

Online registration for exhibitors closes on April 27, 2026. 

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to events@wsta.info. 

Exhibitor cancellations before or on April 27th will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after April 27th will not be refunded. 

Important Exhibitor Information

• Please review the Exhibitor Map & Listing before selecting your location preferences. Booth locations are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. WSTA reserves the final right of location placement for the exhibiting company.
