Attendee Information
- Online registration closes on Monday, May 11 at 11:59PM CT. On-site registration is available for an additional fee.
- Guest/Spouse/Retiree MUST be registered separately to receive accurate pricing.
- Exhibitors must register through the exhibitor webpage.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing to events@wsta.info.
- Cancellations:

- Before or on April 27 receive a full refund minus a $25 service fee.
- On or after April 28, but before May 11 receive a 50% refund. *Please note that we cannot offer refunds on the Tuesday activity registrations after this point.
- On or after May 11 forfeit the entire registration fee.

Exhibitor Information
*The pricing above reflects the booth cost and one conference registration. Additional exhibitor booth attendants can be added to this registration as guests at the regular attendee rate. Each individual must be registered to attend the conference.
Online registration for exhibitors closes on April 27, 2026.

- Please review the Exhibitor Map & Listing before selecting your location preferences. Booth locations are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. WSTA reserves the final right of location placement for the exhibiting company.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to events@wsta.info.
Exhibitor cancellations before or on April 27th will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after April 27th will not be refunded.
