Cancellation policy:

• Before January 12, 2026 will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
• Between January 12, 2026 and January 19, 2026 receive 50% of the registration. 
• No refunds for cancellations after January 19, 2026. 
• An additional 15% fee is added for onsite registration.
