• Each person tending an exhibitor booth must be registered for the conference. Click "Add Guest" to add additional exhibitor. 
• On-site registration will be available for additional exhibitor attendants with a 15% onsite registration fee added. We will not be accepting on-site exhibit booth registrations.

Exhibitor Registration

Hotel

• Our hotel block date has now passed. Please check with the Madison Marriott West for available rooms at the regular rate. 

Refunds/Cancellations

• Cancellations before 9/30 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee
• Cancellations after 9/30, before 10/4 receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations on or after 10/4 forfeit the entire registration fee
