The pricing above reflects the booth cost and one conference registration. Additional exhibitor booth attendants can be added to this registration as guests at the regular attendee rate.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to events@wsta.info. Exhibitor cancellations before or on April 1st will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after April 1st will not be refunded. 

Convention Sponsorships

See our 2025 Annual Convention sponsorship opportunities here. Sponsorship registration is separate from the regular registration. 

Hotel

• Book your hotel by April 18th to receive discounted rates. These rates are valid until this date or until the hotel block fills, whichever comes first.
