  Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before 1/2/25 receive a refund minus a $25 service fee
  • Cancellations after 1/1/25, before 1/7 receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations on or after 1/7 forfeit the entire registration fee
